How do I place an order?
You can order directly through our Products Page for 20 lb bags. For larger quantities or custom quotes, visit our Trade & Wholesale page or use the contact form.
Do you offer bulk or wholesale pricing?
Yes. We supply to landscape professionals, designers, and commercial clients nationwide. Bulk discounts and freight coordination are available.
Can I order a sample before committing?
Yes—sample kits are available upon request for trade or commercial projects. Just reach out through our contact page.
Shipping & Delivery
Where do you ship?
We currently ship across the U.S., with shipping estimates provided at checkout. Local pickup is available in Lawrenceville, GA. Hoover, AL availability coming soon.
How long does delivery take?
Most orders ship within 2–4 business days. Bulk freight orders may require 5–10 days, depending on location.
Do you offer free shipping?
At this time, shipping is calculated based on location and order size. We aim to offer fair, transparent rates with no hidden fees.
Product Questions
Are your stones truly white?
Yes. Our snow-white pebbles are sorted for color consistency. They're natural, untreated, and free from gray fillers or artificial bleaching.
Will the color fade over time?
No. These stones are naturally white and do not fade. However, like all outdoor materials, they may collect surface dust or debris over time. A gentle rinse will restore their clarity.
What sizes are available?
All collections are offered in:
1–2 inch: Ideal for planters and detailed work
2–3 inch: Most versatile size for landscape use
3–5 inch: Best for bold accents and visual texture
Returns, Support & Business Info
What if my order arrives damaged?
We’ll make it right. Simply email us at [email protected] within 3 days of delivery and include photos of the issue.
Do you accept returns?
Due to the nature of the product, we do not accept returns on opened stone bags. For unopened bags, returns may be accepted within 14 days—customer covers return shipping.
Are you open to collaborations or partnerships?
Yes—we’re always open to collaborating with creatives, designers, and retailers aligned with our aesthetic and values. Please reach out.
